Wapp is removing its travel insurance product from the UK market on 30th November 2024. From this date, no new trips will be covered. Below is some important information that you need to know.
A huge thank you for all of your support and for choosing a travel cover that was the first of its kind. For now, our journey has come to an end.
If you’re due to travel before 30th November 2024, Wapp could still cover your trip, and you’ll be charged as normal when you return home. Any trip that starts after 30th November 2024 won’t be covered, and you’ll need to find alternative cover for any future trips.
If you pay a monthly subscription for Cancellation Cover, the last payment was taken on 1 November 2024, and you’ll be covered until the 30th November 2024. If you’d like to cancel your Cancellation Cover before then, you can do so by getting in touch with customer services using live chat on our website or on the app.
our policy details will be available in the customer account area until 1st May 2025 this will be through our webservice only and not through our app and we advise that you download a copy of your policy documents. If you need any more details after this date, you can contact our customer services team using live chat on our website or on the app.
